These terms govern your use of ScribeFiles. By creating an account or uploading files you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the transcripts we produce. You give us permission to process your files only to provide the service to you. Only upload content you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Don't use ScribeFiles for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Accuracy

Transcripts are produced automatically and may contain errors. Review them before relying on them for legal, medical or other critical purposes.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
